Production Process : Maceration – Thirteen botanicals steeped in neutral grain spirit for no less than two weeks. Dilution – Diluted to bottling strength with Scottish water.

Colour/Nose – Golden orange. Smoke, wood, dried fruit and rhubarb
Palate – Smoky anise, sweet cranberry, clove, anise and cacao with hints of burnt orange and
complex spice
